I did not leave Law to enter Real Estate. I transferred the rigor of the legal system into the real estate investment model so that capital can move across borders with greater clarity, protection, and awareness.

I was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and for nearly a decade I served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. That path trained me in institutional risk management, legal protection of individuals, and operating within complex, multilateral systems.

Today, as COO of SB Group USA and an International Agent with iad Florida, I apply that same rigor to the design and execution of real estate investment strategies in the United States—through an approach that integrates law, finance, education, and cultural sensitivity.

I firmly believe that prosperity is not luck. It is structure, access to accurate information, and well-designed decisions.
